Overall, the course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective human rights advocacy and implementation. Experts in the subjects will deliver lecturers and conduct Simulation. Experts in the field will conduct the course. They will be Judges, Advocates with 10 years practice and above, Renowned Academicians with teaching experience preferably the teaching concerned subjects, any other activist in this field.

AIM & OBJECTIVES

The aim of a certificate course in International Human Rights Law is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of human rights principles, legal frameworks, and practical skills essential for engaging effectively in the field of human rights. The course aims to foster critical analysis of enforcement mechanisms and international human rights bodies, enabling participants to evaluate their roles in advancing human rights protections globally. By exploring contemporary issues and engaging with case studies, participants develop practical advocacy skills and ethical frameworks necessary for promoting human rights in diverse settings. The Certificate Course has been designed to give an insight into the perspective of Human Rights. This course will help in knowing ways and means to protect your Human Rights against unjustified actions by any Government Agency, Army, Police, Private Citizens/Companies, or even Court’s Action. The course enables candidates to gain a deeper insight into their duties, the workings of the industries, and the activities which they would have to manage. The course is designed for giving basic information about Human Rights, its implementation, problems of implementation and measures for its implementation with National and International perspective of the rights and different categories of Human Rights.
